After 14 years of sharing his passion and old-world culinary authenticity with the locals of Flemington, Chef Luca Di Meglio elevates the modern Italian gastronomic experience in Central New Jersey in the heart of Flemington’s historic district. In tandem with Chef de Cuisine Michael Schultz, Chef Di Meglio brings you Nespolo, named after the loquat fruit native to his picturesque home island of Ischia in the gulf of Naples.

The intimate 30 seat setting is designed to transport you to the charming alleyways and terraces of the Italian island. The A-La-Carte 4 course menu is enhanced by the freshest local ingredients sourced by the highest quality purveyors. Di Meglio has gone to the greatest efforts to duplicate a truly authentic experience by collaborating with local premium coffee roasters, Benfatto Coffee, to develop an exclusive espresso blend to be the exclamation point to the diner’s experience. The attention to detail doesn’t stop there.

Sitting in the lushly padded tufted leather seats, a glimpse towards the floor, and it comes as no surprise that the unique floor tiles are imported from Italy – a find of the keen eye of design expert and Owner/Chef of Luca’s Ristorante of Somerset, Andrea Di Meglio. Breads, pastas, and desserts all made in house.
